It operates on Satellite (SMATV), Cable TV (CATV), Terrestrial Antenna (MATV), Camera (CCTV), Intercom, Smart home automation and Fiber Optic Distribution systems. Production, design and application are made using 100% domestic and advanced technology.
Teknoline Teknolojik Sistemleri A.Ş., an organization of "Tekniksat Group", the pioneer of fiber optic central satellite systems. It uses the world's most advanced technology in satellite distribution systems in Turkey.
PRODUCTION
TEKNOLINE has allocated most of its power to infrastructure, equipment and the latest model machinery and started to receive the return of its investment. With our new machine park, our experienced staff in production techniques and design produces all kinds of electronic SMD card designs with high quality standards without any number limit.
The sum of our high-tech SMD typesetting lines has a total of 150,000 CPH Chip shooter 20,000 QFP typesetting speeds per hour according to IPC standards. We can provide our SMD typesetting service and our production power to other companies that need SMD typesetting in the sector, according to the needs and preferences of our customers.
Our production department consists of SMD Composition -Manual Composition - Conveyor - Ladle Soldering - Final control -Test - Assembly - Aging - Conveyor packaging - final control units.
Projecting and production, which is made by considering customer needs, is carried out using 100% domestic and advanced technology. Our leading position in this field is based on our ability to design and manufacture our own products and to provide flexible solutions.
It keeps 1250 kinds of domestic and foreign products in its stock under the agreements it has made with the reliable leading manufacturers of Turkey and the world. It operates in an area of 5300 m2 as an office and factory.
